Attached are example training schedules for seniors/juniors (16-17) and youths (8-16). These give you an idea of our basic programmes.
The actual schedules are regularly updated to include seasonal sessions eg Lake swims, winter turbo, race prep etc. The junior schedule always includes various races that are recommended as well as the normal coached sessions.
